within the Liberty of Westminster

County Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal
setting forth That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals

of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
bearing date the 25th

2½ Years were removed from the Parish of Saint Margaret
in the City of
Westminster
in the said County to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in
the said Liberty and County as the place of their last legal Settlement
Whereby the Petitioners thought themselves Agrrieved Now Upon hearing
of the said Appeal in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster
and they consenting by their Council to the Allowing of the said Appeal It
is Ordered that the said Appeal be Allowed and the same is hereby Allowed
accordingly and the said Order or pass Warrant of the said Two Justices
is hereby Vacated and set a side And it is further Ordered that the
Churchswardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square
Do forth with Convey and deliver back the said Poor man
his wife and Child (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret
Westminster
or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide
for them until they can Free themselves from the charge thereof by due
Course of Law.
