maketh Oath that he was Violently Assaulted and ill-
treated by the above named Defendt. who is a Marriner
and
as this Deponent is informed Lodges near Horsley down
new Stairs in the County of Surry
but that it is uncertain
to find him there as he is frequently seen in the City of
London
, and also on board a Ship in the River Thames
This Deponent Saith that he Indicted the said
Defendt. for the said Assault at the present Session for the
County of Middlesex
and which is found a true Bill
against himThis Deponent Saith that the said
Defendant is under no Recognizance for the said offence
and that this Deponent is Credibly informed that the
said Defendant intends towillgo to Sea in a very sort time and that
unless he is forthwith held to bail this Deponent will
be Deprived of Obtaining Common Justice for the Justice
by he hath so received from him
