Who upon his Oath saith that on wednesday Morning
the 10th. Instant between the hours of 6 and 7 Elizabeth

Aforesaid
Labourer came back to the house of this Informant (where
She with some Company had been the preceeding night)
and acquainted him this Informant that she had lost in his
House a Snuff box and two five & three Penny Pieces
whereupon this Informant was desired by me Mary Atkins< no role >
of Ashford aforesaid Singlewoman
who was then present
to Search her the said Mary Atkins< no role >
upon which this Informant
did accordingly search her And found in her Bosom a hand kerchief
wherein he found two five and three penny Pieces
whereupon the said Mary Atkins< no role >
was taxed with stealing the
Pieces from Elizabeth Bivens which she denied by saying
She had found them in the room where the said Elizabeth
Bivens< no role >
and Some Company had the preceeding Night been
dancing
