and Overseers of the Poor and Parish of Newbury
in the County of Berks

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hand
and Seal of George Wright< no role > Esquire One of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex bearing Date the Seventeenth Day of February One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven Ann Payne< no role > was removed
and conveyed from the Parish of Saint James Westminster in the
County of Middlesex To theTown of Newbury in the said
County of Berks as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved by the said Order And Appeal
to this Court against the same And
humbly Pray Your Worships to hear
and determine the same

And Your Petitioners shall ever
