Isabel Hollis< no role > of the Parish of Saint Pauls Shadwell in the County
of Middlesex Widow maketh Oath That Thomas Hollis< no role > this Deponents
late Husband having on or about the twenty third Day of December last
together with John Boots< no role > and John Lancaster< no role > both of the said Parish as his
Sureties entered into a Recognizance before one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex for his personel appearance at the than
next Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said County then and there to plead
to an Indictment formed against his at the then last General Sessions of the
Peace for the said County for a Nuisance and Misdemeanour the
said Thomas Hollis< no role > was soon after taken ill that he could not attend
the said then next Sessions and on or about the seventeenth Day of March last the
said Thomas Hollis< no role > dyed and on the twenty second Day of the said March
was furyed at the said Parish Church of Saint Paul's Shadwell And
this Deponent further saith that the said John Boots and John Lancaster< no role >
the Sureties for the said Thomas Hollis< no role > are also both dead and that
the said John Boots dyed on or about the twentieth Day of February
last and the said John Lancaster< no role > on or about the twenty fourth Day
of April last as this Deponent hath been informed and verily believes
