At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on Thursday the
Thirtieth day of April in the Seventh year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

A Bill of John Severn< no role > for Bricklayers work done at Hicks Hall in the
Year 1766 Amounting to the Sum of Sixteen shillings and Seven pence being
laid before the Court for Payment And it Appearing by Writing under the
hand of Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esquire to whom it was referred to Examine
the said Bill That the Charges therein are Just and reasonable It is
Ordered that Mr. James Jefferson< no role > Treasurer of this County Do Pay the said
Sum of Sixteen shillings and Seven pence to the said John Severn in full of
his said Demand And that the Receipt of the said John Severn together
with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for
such payment.
