WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us,
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster , aforesaid (One whereof
being of the Quarum) by the ChurchWardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Said Parish of St. James , That
Katherine Bearry< no role > aged Six Years, and John
Thomas Bearry< no role > aged three Years, born on the
body of Mary Bearry< no role > , gone from them have
lately introduced,and came into the Said Parish of St. James ,
and are become Chargeable to the Same. We the
Said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath, and other Circumstance, do adjudge the Same to
be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the Said Katherine< no role > and John
Thomas Bearry< no role > to be in the Parish of St.
Clement Danes within the liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to require
you, on Sight hereof, to remove and Convey the Said
katherine,< no role > and John Thomas Bearry< no role >
from and out of Your Said Parish of St. James , to the
Said Parish of Mr. Clements Danes
and them deliver unto Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or Some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are here-
by required to receive and Provide for them according
to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals this 12th
Day of March 17 67.
