of the peace Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St:
Margaret in the City of the Westminster in the
said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of I Girdler and Stephn. Clarke< no role >
Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the fifth Day of November
last, Joseph Jarvis< no role > , Jane< no role > his Wife and their Child
George< no role > aged about Eleven Weeks were Removed and
conveyd from and out of the Liberty of Saffron Hill,
Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish of St. Andrew Holbourn in the said County to
the said parish of St Margaret as the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Joseph Jarvis< no role > , Jane his
Wife and their Child George.

Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said two
Justices therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the same And pray Your
Worships will be pleased to Appoint a Day
in this present Session for the hearing and
Determining of the said Appeal.
