Take Notice That I shall appear at the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex aforesaid at
Hicks's Hall in Saint John's Street in the same County on Wednesday
the Truth day of December instant at Nine of the Clock in the Fore
-noon of the same day then and there to Try my Traverse on the
Indictment preferred and found by you against me for the Offence
above mentioned Dated the Third day of December 1766
