To the Clerk of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex or his lawful Deputy

[..] Webb of Great Canford in the County of Dorset Baronet In
[..] of Parliament made in the First year of the Reign of his late Majesty King
Entitled An Act to Oblige Papists to Register their Names and Real Estates Do
Writing under my hand Desire you to Register my Name and my Lands
[..] editaments and Real Estate Situate lying and being in or Arising within
[..] of Middlesex in the words following (that is to say)

Messuage on Tenement in Saint James's Square within the liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex with the Coach houses Stables and other the Appurtenances thereto belonging in or near Saint James's
Square in the liberty or Westminster and County of Middlesex aforesaid in the Possesion of the Count do Seleirn
Ambassador from the Emperor and Empress of Germany of his Present Majesty King George the third as Senant
at Will to me at the yearly Rent of Three Hundred and Twenty Pounds.

A Messuage or Tenement in Portugal Row Lincolns Inn Fields in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in
the County of Middlesex with the Coach houses and Stables behind the same and other the Appurtenances there to
belonging in the Possession of Anthony Dickins< no role > Esquire as Senant at Will to me at the Yearly Rent of One hundred
and Twenty pounds.

Of which said Messuages or Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses I the
said Sir John Webb< no role > am Seized in Fall Male And (among other Incumbrances
which the said Messuages or Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses may be
Subject or liable to) One Undivided fourth Part of which said Messuages or
Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses together with an Undivided fourth
Part of several Manors Messuage Lands Tenements and Hereditaments in
the Counties of Lincoln York and Durham Were by a certain Indenture
Tripartite bearing date the Thirtieth day of June One thousand seven
hundred and thirty nine and made or mentioned to be made between Sir
John Webb< no role > late of Canford in the said County of Dowset Baronet my lately and father
deceased and the Honourable Dame Barbara< no role > his Wife the only Surviving Daughter
[..] heir of the Right Honourable John Lord Bellasyse< no role > deceased and John Webb< no role >
late of Hatherop in the County of Gloucester Esquire Son and heir Apparent of the
said Sir John Webb< no role > and Dame Barbara his Wife of the first part Francis Loggin< no role > of
the Inner Temple London Gentleman of the second Part John Hutton< no role > and George Hutton< no role >
both of the City of Durham Gentleman of the third part and by Virtue of several
Common Recoveries Suffered in Pursuance thereof made Subject and liable to the
payment of a certain Principal Sum of Three thousand five hundred Pounds and
Interest and secured by a certain Term of One thousand Years Created by the said Indenture
Tripartite and thereby limitted to the said Francis Loggin< no role > his Executors Administrators
and Assigns of and in one fourth part of the same Premisses and which said last mentioned
Sum or some part thereof may be still due or Owing.
