aforesaid on Monday the 23d. April 1764 with the aforementioned Evidence He says the said Cart and<lb></lb>
Horses that there were several Boys and girls an it to the Number of near thirty<lb></lb>
That they all got out because as this Informant Apprehends the<lb></lb>
Fore Horse would not go on That then they all got in again<lb></lb>
except the Deceased and two or three moreThat the deceased<lb></lb>
was for some time standing upon the Shafts of the Cart while the<lb></lb>
Horses were going on and Crying "I am not up" I am not up And the Driver of the said Cart<lb></lb>
Continued to Let the Horses go on and kept Lifting up the deceased<lb></lb>
with his Hand for some time till this Informant Saw the<lb></lb>
deceased fall from the Shafts upon the Ground very near the<lb></lb>
Wheel of the Cart Called the near Wheel And that such near<lb></lb>
Wheel went over him near the Small of his back</p>
