To Consider what Power to allow &
how is regualate allowance

Recommended and referred to his Majesties Justices
of the peace for this County of meet as a Committee at
Hick's Hall on Wed Tuesdaythefour15 teenth of Febry next
by nine of the Clock in the Morning to consider if the Sessions
have power & how to makeanor Order an Allowance
of Bread to the Prisoners in New Prison as at the House
of Correction and how to regulate such Allowance
they shall find there is a power to make any) and
that already made for the said House of Correction
And to report their Opinion Etc
