for an assault committed by him in the Executing a Warrant
of George Wright< no role > Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx and was by the Jury found Guilty
and sentenced by the Court to be imprisoned for six Months
Your Petitioner most humbly Prays your Worships to
take his hard Case into Consideration as Your Petr: family
support Intirely depends on the hand Labour & Industry of
your Petr. and that if the said Sentence is carried unto Execution
it will be the total ruin of his Trade & business to yr
with his wife & Child who has no support but through
Your Pet. industry.
