Samuel Hurry< no role > of Tenis Court in the Parish of Saint Andrews
Holbourn in the County of Middlesex Taylor maketh Oath and saith that
the said Andrew Adam< no role > has received a Notice in Writing from the said
Margaret Holland< no role > that She intend to appear at Hixes Hall in Saint John's
Street in the County of Middlesex aforesaid on Friday the Twenty first of the
Instant October at Nine of the Clock in the fornoon and then and there
plead not Guilty to the Indictment Preferred against her by the send
Andrew Adam, And this Deponent saith that he lives in the same house
with the said Andrew Adam, and saith that the said Andrew Adam< no role >
was taken so very ill on Sunday last in the Evening with a Violend Fever
that he has not been able to go about any manner of Business since but
has during all that time and stillis Confined in his Bed, by reason whereof
the said Andrew Adam< no role > is intirely unprepared to go to Tryal pursuant to
the said Notice given him by the said Margaret Holland< no role > in manner
abovesaid as this Deponent verily belives.
