Have Exhibitted their Petition and Appeal
to this Court Setting forth That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the

his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Thirteenth day of June 1763

was removed from the Parish of
Saint Margarett
in
the City of Westminster
to the said Parish of Kensington
in the County of
Middlesex
as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Greenwood< no role >
whereby the Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved Which appeal
was duly Adjourned to this day Now upon hearing of the said Petition and
Appeal in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Margarett
in the City of Westminster
who
Consented by their Council to the Allowing of the said Appeal It is Ordered
that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby Allowed And the said Order of
the said two Justices is hereby Vacated and set aside And it further Ordered
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Kensington
Do send back and Deliver the said poor Woman to the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Margarett
in
the City of Westminster
together with a Copy of this Order who are hereby
required to receive and provide for her until they can Free themselves from
the Charge thereof by due Course of Law.
