at Hicks Hall in and for the County of Middlesex on
Tuesday the twentieth Day of September in the third
Year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the
third King of great Britain Etc

being convicted of an Indictment against
him for obtaining Money by false Pretences
against the Form of the Statute is ordered
to be transported to some of his Majesty's
Colonys or Plantations in America for
the Term of seven Years and is committed
to his Majesty's Gaol of Newgate there to
be imprisoned until delivered out from
thence to be transported as aforesaid.
