thrust giving to him the sd. Christr. Toole
with the Knife afd. in & upon the right
Side of the Belly between the fourth & fifth
Ribbs of him the sd. Christr. Toole one
Mortal Wound of the Depth of 2 Inches &
breadth one Inch of which sd. Mortal
Wound he then & there Instantly died
