The Information of Richard Peers< no role > one of the Servants belonging
to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell and Henry Town< no role > shoud
of Johnston in the County of Middx bat.
1st This Informant Richd Peers Saith that one Charles Wilkinser< no role > and James
Geary
< no role > were comitted to the said House of Correction for several
Folonies & particularly charged with a Robbery on the person of
one Mary Forster< no role > in the Highway and are new detained
in Newgate And this Informant Further Saith that in Monday
last he went to the house of one MrsBooth in pierrepe [..]
how Islington with whom the said Mary Forster< no role > lives as
a Servant as he believes in order to appoint her to
Attend and prosecute the said prisoners at this present
Session they Standing comitted upon her Oath And that on
such application the said Mrs Booth first pretended that
the Said Mary Forster< no role > was gone away from her & had
left her Service and this Informant Henry Townsend< no role > saith
that he being bound over together with the said Master
Towter to prosecute as above he called at the House
of the said Mrs. Book twice on Tuesday last to bring the said Mary Forster< no role >
to prosecute according to her Recognizance but the said
Mrs Booth then informed him that the said mary For [..]
Should not come to prosecute on any account whatsoever
on to that effect and the last time of his application the
said Mrs. Book slappd the Door in his Face and Till
refuses to let her attend this Session as he serily believes
