That your Petitioner having four Small Children,<lb></lb>
and being greatly in debt by misfortune of marrying a<lb></lb>
Woman abandon'd to extravagance & vice, has no way<lb></lb>
of providing for his children, nor of keeping himself<lb></lb>
from a prison, if he be removed from his place; But if<lb></lb>
Suffered to remain in it is now in hopes of paying<lb></lb>
his debts and bringing up his children, She being gone<lb></lb>
from him.</p>
<p n="339">Therefore your Petitioner implores<lb></lb>
your Worships patience & Compassion<lb></lb>
that he may be continued in his place,<lb></lb>
And he promises to exert his utmost<lb></lb>
endeavours in the discharge of his duty.</p>
