himself further Saith that last Fridayon the day of February
instanthe was bit by a Dog which this Deponent believes
was mad & this Deponent hath Since been Dept in Salt
Water for the same And this Deponent Charles
Rennett< no role > for himself further Saith yt. he should have
bespoke a Venire before now but that he heard of the
said Accident and therefore did not Apprehend the Defendt.
