Severally make Oath that they have not Counter manded
or Caused to be Countermanded the Notice Served ongiven orthe
prosecutorforwhereby the Deft had given Notice of Trying
his Traverse on the said Indictment this day And this
Deponent Richard Pritchet< no role > forChar Rennett
himself further Saith that last Fridayon the day of February
instant
he was bit by a Dog which this Deponent believes
was mad & this Deponent hath Since been Dept in Salt
Water for the same And this Deponent Charles
Rennett
< no role > for himself further Saith yt. he should have
bespoke a Venire before now but that he heard of the
said Accident and therefore did not Apprehend the Defendt.
