Take Notice That Bail will be put in for the above
Named Defendt. Hans Gay Tomorrow Morning at Ten
o' Clock (or so soon after as Counsel can be heard) before his
Majesties Justices of the Peace at the Present Sessions
Holden at Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street in and for
the said County and that if you have any Cause to Shew
to the Contrary You (by Order of the Court) are then and
there to shew the Same And that Henry Bartels< no role > of
Great Queen Street Cheap sd London Sugar Baker
and Hardwick Constantine< no role > of Old Pish Street London
Sugan Baker (and of when you have before had Notice)
will then and there become his Bail Dated this 7th: day
