Take Notice that I intend to appear at the General
Session of the peace to be holden by Adjournment at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in and for the County of Middlesex

instant by ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
day and then and there try my Traverse upon the
Indictment you have preferred against me for assaulting
you Dated the 4th. day of December 1762
