Take Notice That [..] the above Named Defendants Do
Intend personally to be and appear; at the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be held by adjournment at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
mand for the County of Middlesex on Tuesdaynext the Seventh
Day of this Instant December at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
Day; And then and there severally plead not guilty to and at the same
