William Hogan< no role > of the Parish of Saint George Southwark
in the County of Surry Lighterman maketh Oath that John
Saunders
< no role > and James Ealey< no role > are material Witnesses for him
this Deponent on the Trial of the Indictment against him in
this Honourable Court for a pretended Misdemeanor And
this Deponent further saith that the said John Saunders< no role >
and James Ealey< no role > (being Mariners) are gone on Board a
Fishing Smack to Berwick upon Tweed and will not return
for at least a Fortnight or three Weeks as this Deponent
hath been informed and which he verily believes to be true
And thisInfoDeponent further saith that he hopes to
have the Testimony of the said John Saunders< no role > and James
Ealey
< no role > at the next Session of Oyer and Terminer to be
holden for the said County at which Session this Depont.
will try his Traverse on the said Indictment
