Take Notice That the above named Defendants Patrick

Appear; at the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be held by
Adjournment at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of
Middlesex : on [..] Wednesday next the Twentieth [..] Day of this Instant October; at
Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day: and then and there plead
not guilty to (And at the same time Try their Traverse on) the Indictment
