the County of Middx Gentleman Maketh Oath that On the
24th. Day of June last he this Deponent was present And did
See William Badgar in the General Release within Named
the Prosecutor of Thomas Evans< no role > in the said General Release
also Named, the Defendant in this Cause, freely and
Voluntarily Sign Seal and duly Execute the said General
Release to the said Thomas Evans< no role > And that he this
Deponent is a Subscribing Witness thereto And that the
Name O: Jee thereunto Subscribed is of the proper hand
Writing of him this Deponent.
