this Cause of his Own Free Will and Consent and without any Compulsion Sign
Seal and As his Act and deedthe witDeliver the within written General Release
and this Deponent further Saith that the said Charles Frederick Shuman at
the time of such Signing the said Release knew it to be a Several Release
to Dischargeto Dischargeall prosecutions and Controversies between him
