At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the
County aforesaid by adjournment on Tuesday the thirteenth day of July in the
Second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of
Great Britain Etc.

Upon reading the Articles of the Peace exhibited upon Oath
by John Holditch< no role > against Benjamin Rushton< no role > alledging
among other Things that he the Complainant goeth in
danger of his Life from the Threats of the said Benjn
Rushton< no role > It is Ordered that Thursday next be given
to the said Benjamin Rushton< no role > to shew Cause why
the said Articles should not be filed and he the
said Benjamin Rushton< no role > be thereupon obliged
to find Security of the Peace.
