At the general Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks hall in
Saint John street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Tuesday the twentieth
day of April in the Second year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc:

It is ordered by this Court that the within named Elizabeth Hewes< no role > do
attend this Court on Thursdaynext at Ten o' Clock in the forenoon
to answer the Complaint of the within named John Fryer< no role > & to bear &
abide the Judgment & Determination of this Court touching the matters
contained in the within written Petition
