At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in the said County by Adjornment on Thursday
the Twenty second Day of April 1762 in the [..] 2d. Year of
the Reign of King George the Third.

An Account of Inquisitions having been produced before this
Court by Katherine Feary< no role > Widow and Executrix of John Feary< no role >
deceased late Coroner of the City and Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex therein mentioning the same to be taken on
view of dead Bodies in the said Liberty and Chargeable on the said
County by virtue of an Act of Parliament which said Inquisition
cortain the Names of the dead Bodies viewed being twelve in
Number and it appearing unto this Court by writing under the
Hands and Seales of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Francis
Bedwell
< no role > Esqrs two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County that they have examined the said
Account and that there is due to the said Katherine Feary
for the same the Sum of Twelve Pounds twelve Shillings
and nine Pence It is Ordered by this Court that Mr John
Higgs
< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay to the said Katherine
Feary the said Sum of Twelve Pounds Twelve Shillings
and nine Pence in full of her said Demand whose
Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.
