In Consequence of a Complaint before a Justice upon
Oath of Elizabeth Woodfin< no role > This name instance is in set 419. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . who Deposed that she was
Big with a Child likely to be Born a Bastard of which
Thomas Years< no role > was the Father

The said Thomas Years was bound over by a Recognizance
taken before Mr. Justice Bever to Appear at this Sessions
to Abide such Order as should be made Etc

The Woman who has made the Complaint is not
yet Delivered but is now in keeping of the Parish of Shoreditch
About a fortnight past the Woman upon her Voluntary
Oath Deposed That One Saml Turner< no role > was the Father
of the Child with which she was big & likely to become Chargeable
to ye Hamlet of Hammer smith Immediately after she left Hammersmith & went
to the Parish of Shore Ditch & asked Relief and there Swore
Thomas Years to be the Father

Thos. Years who is bound over is very desires that the
Matter of this Complaint Should be heard as soon as the
Woman is delivered and the Month up

Please to Move

That Thos Years's Recognizance may be
Respited from this Sessions to the next and so from Sessions
to Sessions untill One Month after the Delivery of
Elis. Woodfin< no role > and Notice there of given to the Said
Thomas Years of Hammer smith Victualler by the
Church Warden & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Shore Ditch
