of the Peace for the Sd. County

Who being seve. you Oath say and first then Jus Joseph

this Morning this Jus having come out of the Country
went into a Public house in Banbudse still in the Parish
of S Giles to refresh himself & being weary fell as beep
and slept about one hour and sath that when he fell
a sleep he had a Silver Watch in his Pocket & when he a [..]
his pocket was picked & his Watch gone and a Person now
present who calls herself Margr. Armstrong< no role > being is Paited
[..] was chorpd with having stole they Sd Wahl which she deyd
but on sending for the other Jus who is a Head borough in
the Sd Parish and she his being soore hed the Sd. Head Crash
formd the Sd. Watch conceald under her are Pitty and saith
then the Watch now Produced is An Property & stole from
him and then Jus Tho Wdson for himself saith that being
call'd the Mormg about [..] O' Clock to the also Sd. Public Srwone
& Horpd with the Sd. Armstrong with Steeling the Sd. Watch
he took her into the Back & Room found Concealed [..]
under her Arm Pitts the St. Watch
