Wife of Richard Clark< no role >
against her said Husband for fear of Death or some bodily Harme
This Informant Saith that on Sunday the Ninth day of May instant
she this Informant and her Said Husband having had some words together
he the said Richard Clark< no role >
Struch this Informant a blow on the Right
Eye and imediately turned this Informant out of Doors together with her
Two Children And this Informant further Saith that he the said Richard
Clark< no role >
hath several times since her Marriage to him threatened to do
her some bodily Mischief and hurt and that she this Informant is
in fear through the menaces and threats of the said Richard Clark< no role >
of the loss other Life or Limbs
The above named exhibitant was Sworn
to the truth of these Articles against her said
Husband and that she doth not Exhibit the
same throt hatred or Malice but Purety for
the preservation of her Life and person
from Danger this 25th of May 1762
