and that She had already took some upon Bread: & Butter & had got
more in the Room that upon this declaration the Maid Ann Wright< no role >
who was present went to a Bane Box in the Room, which was the
Room when Mr. Sibson if Decd then lay He took out some
Bread & Butter which was wrapt in an Old News Paper and
was going out of the Room with it but that he stopt her and took
it from her by force, says that on the Monday Morning he delivered
the same Bread & Butter to Mr. Tyrrell who immediately told him
there was poison upon it, & desired him to Hurry to his Brother for
that if he was yet alive he might be of Service to him, says he were
immediately to Longford, but from his Brother, Dead where upon
he desired of his Wife and Mr. Martin as the last favour he has
to ask that they wond permit the Body to be opened, but that [..]
wou'd not either of them lissen to it, & that Mr. Sibson was at that the [..]
writing a Letter to the Under taken, his Brother having as they inform
him been Dead about half an hour, says that he afterwards
attended with two, and then with three surgeone in Order to hen
the Body opened but that they still refused till moisted on by
the Coroner and this Informt farther says that from these
circumstance Joined to others, he verity believes that his said
Brothers Death was occasioned by Poison [..]
