it not abt. him & therefore could not produce it - The
Doctr. ask'd what Color it was of & tho Witness hold
him it was white & the Dr. answed. Opium was
quite of a reverse Color - That he afterwards gave it
to Mr. Tyrrell who told him what it was & immediately
upon seeing of it Mr. Tyrrell desired the Witness to
haster to Long ford & see if his Brot. was living for if
he was living he possibly might be of some Service - That
when he came to Longford he found hid Bror. had been
dead abt. quarter of an hour - inquired to see
Mrs. Sibson & did see her & requested of her That her
husband his Brors. Body might be open'd but Mrs.
Martin absolutely refus'd it & Mrs. Sibson did not seem
to come into it - Says That Mrs. Sibson in her husband,
Lifetime in case her husbd. chd. die did insist to have
him open'd That she might have his Heart - That after

That the Body shd. be open'd wch. they both refus'd
as well on the Monday on the Tuesday - That on the
Wednesday to attended wth. Mr. Tyrrell Mr. Howard
& Mr Johnson assistant of Breatford in Order to
have the Body open'd but was still refus'd - he also
