Jno. Tyrrell< no role > of New Windsor Surgeon . That on the
8th. of April last he was called in by the Poor. of the deced to
Visit him- the deced was then at him Bros. who is a
Peruke Maker at Windsor - he found him wth. many Feverish
Complaints & Symptoms with a blistered sore Month- he
had him- & asking him concerning the Nature of his
illness he Gave the following Acct.- That abt. 7 Weeks
then past he had return'd from Halifax in Nova Scott a
where he had resided for near 3 Years & that during
his residence there he had enjoy'd a good State of Health
-That, soon after his Return he was S [..] wth. Reachness
Vemitings & Griping Pains in his Stomart & Bonals
& a severe Flup with bloody Stools sometimes That he
Said he continued in that way till the witnesses first
15Visit wch. was at Windsor on the 8th. April & had
taken no Advice- That the Witness alter he had [..]
him Blood Sent him Hence to his Mor. in Laws Mrs.
Martins at Longford & gave him wth. him some
cooling Salive Medicines- That on the 9th. he Visited
the deced at Longford but found no great alteracon in
his case other than an insatiable Thirst not to be Satisfied
by drinking- was inform'd by some of the Family but
not by the deced That he had a Cough & he ordd. him
Sperma Cati & Nike for the Cough- Says he then
list his Pationt for that Time & was going away but
Mrs. Sibson in form'd him her mother desired to soe him
-went into Mrs. Martins room & alter finishing her own
complaints she inquired alter Mr Sibson, he inform'd her
