Division in the said County & to the Petty Constables
& Headboroughs in the said Division.

Whereas it hath been represented to us the Under
Written Justices of the Peace residing and Acting in the
said Division that great Member of loose Idle and disor-
derly persons assemble in the out parts of the said Division
every Lords Day during the Sumer Season and practise
Gaming of various Kinds whereby Apprentices &
are drawn into a neglect of Public Worship of Al-
mighty God and into a train of evil Consequences
attendant thereupon to the Evil Example of others and
in breach of the Peace.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to
charge and Comond you the High Constable Petty Constable
and Headboroughs to make diligent Search throughout
the said Division from time to time on the Lords Day
during the Summer Season for the effectual Suppression
of the said Evil and to apprehend all such persons as
you shall find practicing such gaming or guilty of any
Riot or breaches of the Peace and bring all such Psons
so apprehended before Us or some of us or some other
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County in order to their being dealt with according to Law &
hereof fail not Given under our Hands & Seals this of the
Day of Febry 1762.
