Take Notice That we will appear at the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the
County of Middlesex by Adjournment on Wednesday the Thirteenth Day of
January Instant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon and then and there
plead Not Guilty to and at the same time Try our Traverses on the
Indictment by you preferred against us for an Assault Dated the 9th:
Day of January 1762.
