being both Convicted upon tryal of an Indictment against them
for Petty Larceny are both Committed to New Prison at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be whipped in presence of
Thomas Hurford< no role > Gent . High Constable and discharged on Wednesday
the 28th. day of [..] October instant.

By adjt. Wed. 28th. Octr. 1761.

Henry Gay< no role > having pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against him is fined twelve
Pence and Committed to New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County there to be
imprisoned for the Space of One Month now next ensuing and until he pay the
Said Fine-when delivered to pay his Court Fees 4s. 8d.
