hath at this present Session been Convicted
of Felony on the Prosecution of Henry Clinton< no role >

And the said Henry Clinton< no role >

having Prayed to be Allowed for their Expences and loss of time
in the said Prosecution which this Court doth think reasonable It is therefore
Ordered by this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the
said Henry Clinton< no role >
& John Clinton< no role >
the Sum of twenty one Shillingsfor their said
Expences and loss of time.
