This Court takeing unto Consideration andadvertisemt
pullished in the publick News, papers Signed by [..] Lord
Effinghain that it was his Majties Commands to give notice that [..]
as there are many Scaffolds built & are now building & much
Timber lying in Westmr it was his Majties. pleasure to prevent any
accidents that may happen from Fires there should be no Bonfires
made or any Firework played of many part of Westmr from
Whitehall to Millbank & from thence to Buckingham Gate
round the South West part of the Artillery Ground or in any other
place ne [..] to the Abbey than Whitehall till Seven dayes after
the Coronation And that there, be no illuminations within the above
Space (Except by Lamps with Oil & those in Lanthorns affixed to the Wall
& not to any Wood Work whatsoever And the High Bay left of Westmr
And the Justices of the peace within the sd City & Liberty where
thereby required & Commanded to Enforce & put in Execution there
his Majestys Royal Commands It isOrdereddesired by this Court that Bartholomew
Hammand

Justices of the peace of this Liberty that will be pleased to be
present to meet at the Vestry [..] of the parish St Margaretts Westmr .
on Wednesday the 16 Pay of this instant September at 4 o Clock
[..] the afternoon and Sumon the High & petty Constables of
this Liberty to be there present and to give the proper orders & directions to the sd Constable
that his Majtes Command may be [..] not in Execution
And to take such Methods as may be proper to present Fires
& accidents in the City & Liberty of Westmr
