last exhibit their Petition and Appeal to the Court Therein setting
Forth that by an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of Samuel

as the Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners
Apprehended themselves to be Aggrieved Which Appeal by An Order
of this Court Stands Adjourned unto this Day Now upon hearing of
the said Petition and Appeal in the Presence and hearing of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
George Hanover Square
and their Council It is Ordered That the sd.
Order of Removal and Adjudication of the said two Justices of the
Peace be and the same is hereby Vacated and discharged And the
Appeal aforesaid is hereby Allowed And this Court Doth further
Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the sd.
