£30 and upwards being part of the Estate and Effects
of the sd. Philip at the time he was discharged by the
Compulsive Clause of the late Act of Insolvency at the
last General Quarter Session held at Guildford in & for the
County of Surry And also detained by S. Welch Esqr. in Oath
of Edward Ilbery< no role > & others that he being lately a Prisoner
in the King's Bend Prison & being by Virtue of the
Compulsive Clause in an Act of Parliament of his
Present Majesty Compelled by the sd. Edwd. Ilbery< no role > out of the sd. Prison at the last General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace held at Guildford in and for the County of Surry Did then & there deliver in & Subscribe on Oath a Schedule
of his Estate & Effects with the Exceptions not Exceeding the Value of £10. And at such time, of delivering in and
Subscribing such Schedule did feloniously conceal out of the sd. Schedule 30 Sacks of Wheat Flour divers House hold Goods
& 3 Gas. in Money then his property to the Amount of £20. and upward swith intent to cheat & defraud his Creditors
[..] of Is Ordered to be sent to the Comon Gaol of the sd. County of Surry & Recogn Ord. to be discharged
