Taken before me this 25th. day of
of Augt. 1761
Who being on Oath severally saysand first the said William Busher< no role >
for himself
saith that on Saturday [..] last, about the our of Ten in the Morning he had Stole
out of his House, Ten Shilling and upwards in half pence, says that at
the Time he last said half pence, one Mary Goodde< no role >
was in the Room
from whence the said half pence were Taken, and no other Person
except this Informt. and his Family, whereby he verily believes that the
said Mary Goodde Feloniously Took & carried away said half pence
and this Informants Thomas Wood< no role >
and Thompson Fox< no role >
for themselves
says that between the hours of Eleven & twelve the same Morning the
said Mary Goode< no role >
came to the House of one Mr.Scarr's a weaver
near to the said Mr. Busher's & where this Informants were at
work and there left four Shillings and three half pence, all in
half pence, besides paying three pence for a Pott of Beer
