Know all Men by these Presents That I Ann Skattergood< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex widow in Consideration of the Sum of
Seventeen Pounds and Seventeen Shillings to me in hand
paid at and before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed and by these presents
do Remise Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto Charles Davers< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
Esquire Sir Robert Davers< no role > of the same place Baronet Esquire (otherwise called
