The Information of John Marshal< no role > taken before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the Sd County

Who being on Oath saith that about Two 'o' Clock then morng
he was Picked up by a Person now Present who calls herself
Mary west< no role > and next with her to a Lodjng and then this
Jus had in his Podula Silver Watch and theis Jus went
to lead with the Sd. Mary & the fasterd the Door and soon
after the Sd. Mary opened the Door & went door stains
and when this Jus wahrd in the Morning he found the
said mary standing in the Room and the Jus unied his
Watch & ashed her for it but she denyed seeing it
but this Jus verily bell that the stole is and convey'd
it away when she went down stairs as afsd.
