to wit}


To the Constable , Headborough , Tythingman , and other
Officer of the Peace of the Parish of St James
within the Liberty of Westminster
to receive and convey, and to the Churchwardens, Chapel-
Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of the Parish, Place
or Precinet of St. Giles in the fields in the County
of Middlesex or either of them to receive
and obey.

WHEREAS Frances Price< no role > Was
apprehended in the said Parish of St James Westminster
as a Rogue and Vagabond , (videlicet) Wandering and Begging
and upon Examination of the said Frances Price< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto annexed)
it doth appear that her last legal Place of Settlement
is in the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
in the County of Middlesex

These are therefore to require you the said Constable and other Officer
to Convey the said Frances Price< no role >
in the next direct Way to the said Parish of St Giles in the fields
and there to deliver her to some Churchwarden, Chapel-Warden,
or Overseer of the Poor of the same Parish, to be provided for according
to Law. And you the said Churchwarden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer
of the Poor , are hereby required to receive the said Frances
Price

and provide for her as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this
20th. Day of April in the Year of Our Lord 1 761
