At a Meeting of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace of the
County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John Street on Wednesday
the 25th. of May 1763. to prepare and settle an Address to
be presented to His Majesty upon the Conclusion of
the Peace.

Mr. Chairman produced a Plan or form of an
Address which was read througout.
And the Gentlemen were asked if any of thentheyhad any
other plans
Then this Chairman proceeded to read it Paragr
by Par.
Thus the Chairman was desired to produce a
form if he had prepared one which he did
and read it from the Chair

Then it was moved that some of the Gentl.
shod. be named to prepare & settle a form and the
Gent. named were Mr. Chairman Sir John Feilding< no role >
Sir Henry Cheere< no role > Mr. Cownall Mr. W. Kelynge Mr.
Hawkins & Mr. Brettel & Mr Scott (there not being any
other Gent. from the Tower Distt.) who proceeded accordingly
the other Gentl withdrawing into the Clerk of the Peaces
Room leavg ye or 8 Gent. on ye business

Then the Subcomittee deined the Company of the other
Gent. who returned and the Chairman read the Address
with the Alterations & amendmts.
And agreed to
