On Wednesday ye sd [..]
Just of ye P for Middx & for the [..] of
Westmr. attended in a very numerous the
att the St. Albans Tavern there signed the
sd Address & then proceeded as many I of ye
p both for Mr & Westmr. as chose Wattin
to St. James & all had the Honour to Kiss
his Majesties Hand His Grace the D. of
N himself presenting the sd Address
with Address was as follows.

A motion being made to the Court That an
Enquiry Might be made where & on W. Occasion
one penny Worth of Bread was allowed daily to every
Prisn. confined in Bridewell to the Sleeper &
during such confinement & no such or any
Allowance to ye Keeper of New Prison It
is Ordered that the Report entered in the Books
upon wel ye Order for such Allowance was
founded should he laid before ye [..] [..]
[..] to meet County dayfor ye Inspection & consideration of
ye J. of ye p who should be then assembled.
