Said Chairman to Attend His Grace the Duke of Newcastle
Custos Rotulorum of this County in the mean time to Commee
the Resolution of the said Justices Now upon a
Numerous Assembly of His Majesty's said Justices
in Court hereto meet the said Chairman & Sir WB P [..]
Mr. Cooke to consider further upon the said intended
Address this Court being informed by the said Chairman
that it was His Grace's Pleasure that the Lord Lieutent.
& Deputy Lieutenant of this Co. and also His Maj.
Justices of the P. for the City & Libty of Westmr . in
this County might concur and Join in the Address now
drawn up as it was done in the year 1715.( a precedent
of which appears by the Address then made to His
late Maj. K. G. l. & entd. in the Book of public
Orders of the Sessions) it is therefore Ordered that
the said Deputy Liuts . & the Justices of the Peace for
Westmr. be and they are hereby desired to Concur
in the said Address and this Comt. doth Adjourn the
further Consideration of this Business unto the County Day of the
present Session.
